Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the broccoli by leaving it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Microwave the green beans for about 3 minutes until tender.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add grated carrots to the pan and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the microwaved green beans and thawed broccoli, cooking for an additional few minutes until heated through.
  4. Cook the Hokkien noodles according to the package instructions, then drain well.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles with the sautéed vegetables in the pan until evenly mixed.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
