Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Method
 

  1. Warm water (not boiling).
  2. Add lemon juice, ginger, and pink salt.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add honey and mix.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use organic ingredients for best results.
Grate ginger fresh each time or freeze in cubes.
Skip honey if avoiding sugars entirely.
