  • 1/2 cup water To blend the mixture to the right consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango, lemon juice, agave syrup, water, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
Freezing
  1. Pour the mango mixture into a container and place it in the freezer.
  2. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until the mixture is completely solid.
Serving
  1. Remove the frozen mango mixture from the freezer.
  2. Using the Ninja Creami, process the frozen mixture until it reaches a smooth, sorbet-like consistency.
  3. Serve immediately for the best texture, or return to the freezer for later.

Notes

Add a splash of coconut milk for a creamier sorbet. Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
