Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the crunchy peanuts and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut and marshmallow mixture, and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and press down firmly.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until set.
  7. Once set, cut them into squares and serve.

Notes
