- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3–5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and honey; stir well while scraping any browned bits from the pan.
- Add uncooked pasta and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook pasta for 10–12 minutes until tender but al dente.
- Return steak to the pan and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the steak in Cajun seasoning overnight. Use a pasta that holds onto sauce better, like rigatoni. Avoid overcooking the steak and don't forget to scrape browned bits for extra flavor.
