- Gather all the ingredients on your kitchen counter.
- Dice the cucumbers, halve the cherries, and dice the regular tomatoes. Thinly slice the onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and onions.
- Toss in the chopped black olives and dill.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the salad.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper as desired and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Toss everything well to combine and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add bell peppers or carrots. Use cooked quinoa for added protein.
