Cooking
- Place the ribs bone-side down in a large baking dish.
- Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Serving
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice between the bones to separate the ribs.
