Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Pat the beef back ribs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the ribs.
  5. Let the seasoned ribs sit while you prepare your baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Place the ribs bone-side down in a large baking dish.
  2. Tightly cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
  4. Remove the foil and brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  5. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Serving
  1. Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice between the bones to separate the ribs.
  3. Serve warm with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
