Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
- In a 9×13 oven-safe baking dish, combine the spaghetti noodles, marinara sauce, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
- Gently stir the ingredients together, ensuring that the noodles are fully submerged in the liquid.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- After 45 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh herbs and grated parmesan for extra flavor. Great for leftovers and can be frozen for up to three months.
