Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the sheet to coat evenly.
  3. Roast 20–25 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until golden brown.
  4. For extra crispiness, preheat the pan and roast cut-side down.
  5. Transfer to a dish. Store leftovers up to 5 days; reheat at 400°F (200°C) or microwave 30 seconds.

Notes

Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best quality. Don't overcrowd the pan for optimal roasting.
