Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the sheet to coat evenly.
- Roast 20–25 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until golden brown.
- For extra crispiness, preheat the pan and roast cut-side down.
- Transfer to a dish. Store leftovers up to 5 days; reheat at 400°F (200°C) or microwave 30 seconds.
Notes
Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best quality. Don't overcrowd the pan for optimal roasting.
