Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Ensure every piece is well-coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center (should reach 165°F / 75°C).
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
