Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Ensure every piece is well-coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them out.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center (should reach 165°F / 75°C).
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, switch on the broiler for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Pair with seasonal vegetables or a simple salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to three months.
