  • ¼ cup Italian style bread crumbs For a gluten-free option, use almond flour or gluten-free bread crumbs.
  • ½ cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese A sprinkle of pecorino romano adds a delightful twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour broccoli mixture onto the baking sheet and sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture over the top.
Cooking
  1. Bake on the top rack for 18-20 minutes until broccoli is tender and edges are crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let sit for 1-2 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. You can freeze leftovers for up to three months.
