Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour broccoli mixture onto the baking sheet and sprinkle any leftover crumb mixture over the top.
Cooking
- Bake on the top rack for 18-20 minutes until broccoli is tender and edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. You can freeze leftovers for up to three months.
