Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and roast for another 10-15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can be frozen for later use.
