Dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh peaches under cool water and slice them into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, gently toss together mixed greens with the sliced peaches.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the salad, followed by the candied nuts.
  4. Cut the red onion into thin slices and sprinkle over the salad.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss everything together.
