- Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers, and thinly slice the red onion.
- Thinly slice the peaches, aiming for even pieces.
- Artfully arrange the sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, peaches, and red onion on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle thinly sliced basil leaves evenly over the top of the salad.
- Drizzle the olive oil and white balsamic vinegar evenly over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil and chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
