Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, gently mix 3 cups of cubed watermelon and 3 sliced ripe peaches. Allow the sweetness of the fruit to intermingle for a few minutes.
Dressing Preparation
  1. In a smaller bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
Assembly
  1. Pour the dressing over the combined fruits. Gently toss the salad to coat the watermelon and peaches evenly.
