Preparation

- Mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and egg until fully combined.
- Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
