Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  3. Scoop the vanilla ice cream on top of the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream if desired.
