- In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Scoop the vanilla ice cream on top of the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes
Serve this dessert straight from the freezer. Use a sharp knife dipped in warm water to cut through the layers easily. Store leftovers in the freezer, covered.
