- In a mixing bowl, add the oats and protein powder and mix until combined.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave until the peanut butter has melted (about 20-30 seconds).
- Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Using your hands, form small balls from the batter and place them on a lined plate.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
