- In a bowl, combine the flank steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add the bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Return the steak to the pan and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice.
