Preparation
- Place the meatballs into the slow cooker.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Place peppers on top of the meatballs without mixing them.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
Notes
Serve over fluffy rice or warm noodles and garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or green onions. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
