Preparation

- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it evenly over the batter.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For longer storage, layer bars with parchment to maintain texture.
