Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Beef and Vegetables
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
Combining Ingredients
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine.
- Stir in the provolone cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
