Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk for a nut-free option.
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice Choose 100% juice or use fresh pineapple for a less sugary option.
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks Using fresh works, but add ice for consistency.
  • 1 cup Coconut yogurt Substitute with regular yogurt if coconut isn’t available.
  • 1/2 cup Quick oats Rolled oats are acceptable; blend longer for smooth texture.
  • 1 large Banana Use frozen bananas for a better texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Chill for 10-15 minutes if possible to let strong pineapple flavor mellow out.
  4. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

To serve, use a chilled glass garnished with a slice of banana or a piece of pineapple. If there are leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. This shake can also be frozen for later use.
