- Combine all dough ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Mix on low until the dry ingredients are moistened and come together into a shaggy dough.
- Increase the speed to medium and knead for 8 minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Remove the dough from the hook and shape it into a ball, rubbing it with olive oil on all sides.
- Return to the mixing bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight or for up to 3 days. Before shaping, bring dough to room temperature.
Notes
Serve with dips like hummus or tzatziki, or fill with grilled veggies or protein. Store in an airtight bag at room temperature for a few days; freeze for long-term storage.
