  • 1 cup protein powder Choose your favorite flavor (chocolate, vanilla, or berry).
  • 1/4 cup milk Opt for almond, oat, or coconut milk for a non-dairy alternative.
  • 1/2 cup sweetener Use honey, maple syrup, or a sugar substitute; adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional but recommended for extra depth.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances all the flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Transfer to a container and freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.

Notes

For extra flavor, fold in some berries or chocolate chips when churning. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and maintain best texture by covering with plastic wrap before sealing the lid.
