- Begin by placing the garbanzo beans, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup into a high-speed food processor. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides, until completely smooth.
- Next, add the oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms into the processor and pulse until combined. If the batter is too thick, add a splash of water by the teaspoon until desired consistency is reached.
- Scoop your dough into a bowl or serve it directly alongside your favorite dipping vessels such as apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. You can freeze the dough in portions for up to 3 months, thaw in the fridge before enjoying.
