Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet and brush with half of the Italian dressing.
- Spread the shredded beef evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
- If desired, scatter banana peppers on top of the beef, then layer the provolone cheese slices over the beef.
- Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese and beef mixture.
- Brush the top with the remaining Italian dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
- Serve immediately or let them cool and store in the refrigerator for later enjoyment.
Notes
For added flavor, use well-marbled beef cuts. Reheat leftovers with a touch of moisture to prevent dryness. Consider serving with pickles or coleslaw.
