Preparation
  1. Add ice to the shaker: Place about 5 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker to chill the drink.
  2. Add ingredients: Combine the vodka, RumChata, espresso, pumpkin puree, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice into the shaker.
Mixing
  1. Shake vigorously: Close the lid tightly and shake hard for about 20 to 30 seconds to create a frothy top.
Serving
  1. Strain and garnish: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use a double shot of espresso or concentrated cold brew. Chill your glass beforehand for an elevated drinking experience.
