  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Adds natural sweetness.
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract Enriches flavor with warm notes.
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Provides the classic warm spice blend.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add ice cubes to the cocktail shaker to chill the drink.
  2. Combine the vodka, RumChata, espresso, pumpkin puree, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice into the shaker.
Cooking
  1. Close the shaker lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds to create a frothy top.
Serving
  1. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use a double shot of espresso. Shake well for a frothy top and chill your glass to elevate the experience. Adjust the sweetness with maple syrup to preference.
