  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together gently until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with sliced green onions before serving.
