- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and mixed vegetables, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still have a slight crunch.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together gently until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, prep ingredients in advance. This recipe is excellent for meal prep; store individual portions for quick reheats. Can be frozen for up to a month.
