- Peel and slice the carrots into even-sized sticks or rounds.
- In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry at 390°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley or lemon if desired.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Reheat in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes. Customize with maple syrup, herbs, or a squeeze of lemon.
