Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut evenly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Equipment

  • air fryer for quick roasting
  • Mixing bowl for tossing ingredients

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the carrots into even-sized sticks or rounds.
  2. In a bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  4. Air fry at 390°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or lemon if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Reheat in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes. Customize with maple syrup, herbs, or a squeeze of lemon.
