Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer one slice of cheese, followed by the roasted jalapeños, and then the other slice of cheese.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
Cooking
  1. Cook in the skillet until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until the other side is also golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
