Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the jalapeños thoroughly to remove dirt.
  3. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds if desired.
Cooking
  1. Place the halved jalapeños cut side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until blistered and golden brown.
