  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, for added flavor Onion powder works as an excellent alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika, for a smoky touch Regular paprika can be used for a milder flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure proper roasting. Preheat your oven adequately for even cooking. Experiment with spices like cumin or chili powder for a fresh twist. For added sweetness, drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
