Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, finely chopped fresh rosemary, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  3. Spread the coated potatoes on a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  2. Once done, dish out the potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Tips: For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving. Experiment with herbs like thyme or oregano for variation.
