- Incorporate the salsa and black beans, then sprinkle in the cumin and black pepper. Adjust salt if necessary.

- Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro, and optional avocado and cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure the pan is hot to achieve a nice sear on the chicken. Marinating chicken in lime juice and cumin adds extra flavor. This dish can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with tofu or tempeh.
