Preparation

  2. Prepare the foil. Spray foil sheets with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Season the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Assemble the packets. Place the seasoned chicken on the foil sheets.
  5. Add toppings. Top the chicken with black beans, corn, diced bell pepper, and salsa.
  6. Seal the packets. Fold the foil over to securely seal the chicken and toppings inside.
Cooking
  1. Cook the packets. Grill for 20–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, or bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Open the foil packets and sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  3. Close the packets again and return to the grill or oven for an additional 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
