Cooking Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, stir in a packet of ranch dressing mix, 1 cup of chicken broth, and 1 cup of sliced pepperoncini. Mix well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and flavors have melded.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
