- Warm a large skillet over medium heat and add the softened butter. Allow it to melt until it’s bubbling.
- Toss in the chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir frequently for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is golden brown.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
- Gently add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a soft simmer.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes, while enjoying the inviting scent.
- Sprinkle the fresh parsley on top just before serving.
