Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley.
  6. Serve over cooked pasta if desired.

Notes

Shrimp Scampi is best enjoyed fresh. Freeze before adding shrimp if necessary, and cook fresh shrimp when ready to serve.
