Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the broccoli in a large bowl, then drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  3. Use your hands to mix and ensure all florets are coated evenly in the oil.
  4. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Roasting
  1. Bake the broccoli for 20 minutes, then flip the pieces to ensure uniform cooking.
  2. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until well browned and crispy on the edges.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and optional garlic powder and cayenne.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil and grated ginger. Squeeze fresh lime juice before serving.

Notes
