Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the tandoori chicken by marinating it with spices and yogurt, allowing it to soak up the flavors.
  3. Chop your fresh veggies, including bell peppers and red onions.
  4. Grate or shred the cheese to ensure even melting.
Cooking
  1. Place the naan on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread a layer of tandoori chicken evenly over the naan.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Remove the naan pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  2. Drizzle with yogurt sauce and sprinkle fresh veggies on top.
  3. Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Cut into slices and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider broiling the naan pizza for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Store leftover naan pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
