Toppings and Sauce

  • 1 cup assorted toppings Mix and match favorites like pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, and mushrooms; get creative!
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil A drizzle enhances flavor; substitute with avocado oil for a different taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper Just a pinch of each adds seasoning.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  5. Add your choice of toppings.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then slice into wedges. Serve warm.

Notes

Overloading on toppings may lead to soggy tortillas. Not preheating your oven can result in uneven cooking. Serve with a side of fresh salad or dips for added nutrition.
