  4. Mix in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. If using, add cooked pasta and stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and evenly distribute.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
