Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. If using, add cooked pasta and stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and evenly distribute.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the meat mixture. Use pre-cooked pasta to save time.
