Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast the bagels until they are golden brown and crispy to your liking.
  2. Spread a generous layer of Boursin garlic herb cheese over each toasted bagel half.
  3. Layer thin slices of smoked salmon on top of the cheese.
  4. Add a few slices of red onion for a satisfying crunch.
  5. Lightly sprinkle capers over the salmon.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
  7. Finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Use fresh bagels for the best texture. Consider adding horseradish sauce for a bit of heat. Assemble just before serving to maintain freshness.
