Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Cooking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
