Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
Cooking
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
