Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish lightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheese until well incorporated.
  5. Divide the bread dough into portions and shape them as desired.
Cooking
  1. Layer the shaped dough pieces in the prepared baking dish, leaving some space between for expansion.
  2. Cover the dish with a clean towel and let it rise for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
