  1. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the extra-sharp Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until well combined.
  3. Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and diced pimentos. Continue mixing until everything is thoroughly blended.
  4. Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper, adding more cayenne if you desire extra heat.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge until ready to serve, allowing flavors to meld.
