  • 10 oz 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained Make sure to drain thoroughly to avoid mushiness.
  • 14 oz 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup 1 cup cream cheese, softened Allow to reach room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to your preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix well until fully combined, enjoying the smooth, creamy textures as you stir.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for a kick. Serve with a variety of dippers for an elevated experience. Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
