Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Place naan bread on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the mushroom and spinach mixture over the naan.
  7. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  8. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper according to taste.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
