Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Place naan bread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the mushroom and spinach mixture over the naan.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper according to taste.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
